بيان توضيحي من مكتب الاعرجي بخصوص زيارة علي لاريجاني: لم نوقع اتفاقية امنية بل مذكرة فقط

تناقلت بعض وسائل الإعلام والبرامج السياسية خبراً مفاده توقيع اتفاقية أمنية بين العراق والجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، أثناء زيارة الأمين العام لمجلس الأمن القومي الإيراني ، السيد علي لاريجاني إلى بغداد ،وهنا تود مستشارية الأمن القومي أن توضح الحقائق كما هي :-أولا. العراق لديه محضر أمني مع الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، وقع بتاريخ ١٩ اذار ٢٠٢٣ عرف بالاتفاق الأمني المشترك الخاص بأمن الحدود والإجراءات الخاصة بتحييد المعارضة الكوردية الإيرانية المتواجدة في الإقليم .ثانيا. جرى التنسيق لتحويل هذا المحضر الأمني أو مذكرة تفاهم أمنية لنفس المحتوى الخاص بأمن الحدود والتعاون الأمني ومايخص المعارضة الإيرانية الكوردية بأحزابها الخمسة .ثالثا. مذكرة التفاهم أخذت وقتها الكافي وعُرضت في مجلس الوزراء وتم إقرارها بقرار من المجلس وبقيت تنتظرالتوقيع .رابعا. كان مقررا زيارة الدكتور احمديان، قبل تعيين السيد لاريجاني كأمين عام لمجلس الأمن القومي .خامسا . بعد تعيين السيد لاربجاني وزيارته لبغداد تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم أمنية بإشراف وحضور السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء المحترم .سادسا وأخيرا . مذكرة التفاهم الأمنية التي وقعت أعدت قبل العدوان الصهيوني على إيران وأخذت وقتها الكافي ووقعت عند تحقق الزيارة .وهنا تؤكد مستشارية الأمن القومي العراقي بأنه لاتوجد اتفاقية أمنية بين البلدين ، بل هي مذكرة تفاهم أمنية. وعلى وسائل الإعلام والقنوات الفضائية توخي الدقة في نقل الأخبار أمام الجمهور ومن مصادرها الرسمية.

media outlets and political shows have circulated news claiming that a security agreement was signed between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran during the visit of the Secretary General of the National Security Council of Iran, Mr. Ali Larijani, to Baghdad.The National Security Advisory wishes to clarify the facts as follows:First: Iraq has an existing security protocol with the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed on March 19, 2023, known as the Joint Security Agreement on border security and measures to neutralize the Iranian Kurdish opposition present in the Region.Second: Coordination was undertaken to convert this security protocol or memorandum of understanding into the same content relating to border security, security cooperation, and matters concerning the five Iranian Kurdish opposition parties.Third: The memorandum of understanding took sufficient time to prepare, was presented to the Council of Ministers, and was approved by a decision of the Council, awaiting signature.Fourth: A visit by Dr. Ahmadian had been scheduled before the appointment of Mr. Larijani as Secretary General of the National Security Council.Fifth: Following Mr. Larijani’s appointment and his visit to Baghdad, the memorandum of understanding was signed under the supervision and in the presence of the esteemed Prime Minister.Sixth and finally: The security memorandum of understanding that was signed had been prepared before the Zionist aggression against Iran, had taken sufficient time to finalize, and was signed once the visit took place.The Iraqi National Security Advisory affirms that there is no security agreement between the two countries; rather, it is a security memorandum of understanding.
